What does the process look like when you hire us?

After the first contact with the Guetig Group, you will receive a non-binding consultation. We develop a detailed concept for the marketing of your property or yacht for you. The first important question that arises is whether the property or yacht should go OFF MARKET or officially on sale. Then we go into detail on the strategy for the successful sale of your property or yacht. Based on our current market knowledge, market analysis and comparative figures, we configure the realistic sales price.

The preparation of the documents

In the next step, all relevant documents and documents relating to the property are prepared. This includes photos, certificates, plans, register entries and a detailed description. This can be extended by a drone flight or a 360 degree view. A virtual tour of the property give the prospective buyer very special impressions.

We organize the viewing of your property or yacht with hand-picked customers interested in buying. The viewing always takes place with an agreement with you in order to protect your privacy as best as possible. We organize the individual appointments with the interested parties and hold a detailed consultation.
For this purpose, we present the property or yacht to the prospective buyer in detail and issue sales documents.

The sale and settlement

Once a buyer has been found, the Guetig Group will prepare all the necessary documents and contracts. Of course, it was checked in advance whether the buyer had the necessary creditworthiness. This is usually done with a confirmation from the bank. If all contracts and bases for a transaction are ready, the notary appointment is arranged. Here, too, the Guetig Group is at your side to provide you with advice on the notarized purchase contract.
Afterwards only the handover to the new owner takes place, which we are happy to organize for you.
