All property documents in accordance with the purchase profile are treated confidentially by the Guetig Group, stored in our data system for each property or project and only evaluated internally (General Data Protection Regulation). However, we cannot return the documents sent to us or reimburse any expenses. If you are not the owner, but only a broker / partner / broker colleague of a property, this purchase profile represents neither a search order nor an offer to conclude a brokerage contract. We ask you to prove in writing by sending the offer that you are directly from the property owner are entrusted with the sale or sales brokerage. The sending of property project documents to us does not constitute a brokerage contract.
General terms and conditions deviating from this are expressly not recognized on our part. An optional check of any prior knowledge of an offer can only be carried out on our part on the basis of complete data, but we do not accept deadlines for this. Only after a positive preliminary check of the property project documents does Guetig Group decide promptly on the start of purchase negotiations or brokerage negotiations.
